Riley Starks and Judy Olsen, the husband and wife team that own The Willows Inn, started Nettles Farm in 1992. Nettles Farm, grows and supplies organic produce, eggs and chickens. Guests of the Willows Inn are invited to explore the farm, which is only a short walk from the inn. The Inn also provides workshops for anything from turning your backyard hen into a stewing hen to how to fillet an entire salmon.
In the main restaurant of the Willows Inn works the accomplished and talented prodigy Chef Blaine Wetzel. The main dining room of the restaurant offers a complete view of the Rosario Strait as well as a beautiful vantage point for viewing the San Juan Islands. Stunning sunsets are not to be missed and seeing a whale is not uncommon during the summer months.
