The 8th annual Wild Mushroom & Pike Beer Dinner is Oct. 27 and we don't know what to be more excited about: the food or the beer. Just look at this menu -- wild mushroom consommé, pan-seared king salmon with sautéed wild mushrooms, elk sirloin with wild mushroom risotto. Need we continue? Yes.
Eight fine beers will help carry the evening, including a Pike High Five Hopped Honey Ale on arrival and a Pike Old Bawdy Barley Wine 2015 to finish the evening.
