Guests at Abigail's Hotel in Victoria can participate in a private baking class with the inn's chef on Saturday, December 13 from 1 p.m. — 5 p.m. Participants will learn Christmas baking essentials, as well as how to decorate a Gingerbread house. Registration for the baking class is $60 CDN with hotel guests given priority status for participation.

Guests at The Lodge at Sandpoint in Sagle, Idaho, can be among the first to dine at 41 SOUTH, the new premier restaurant located immediately adjacent to The Lodge. Celebrate Dickens-Style at Oregon's Winchester Inn

The six-course Dickens' Christmas Feast at the Winchester Inn, located in Ashland, Ore., is one of the inn's premiere annual events and has become a holiday tradition for families across the country. The feast includes a traditional prime rib dinner with Yorkshire pudding, pumpkin strudel, salad maison and a celebratory glass of Champagne or sparkling cider. Washington's Shelburne Inn Serves Holiday Fun and a Free Fourth Night
