Our group includes approximately 45 members along the North American West and Hawaii.
Unique Inns was chartered in 1982 as one of the first bed and breakfast innkeeping organizations.
Our purpose is to market our members and act as a referral network. We share a commitment to providing guests with genuine hospitality, extraordinary accommodations, and truly memorable experiences.
Membership with Unique Inns provides a sense of fraternity and support – opportunities to meet with your peers to discuss trends and ideas - serving as a source of inspiration.
This one-time fee provides for setting up your property on UniqueInns.com, a solid brass membership plaque which will be mailed to you for display at your property, and including your property in the next printing of the Unique Inns Brochure.
$150 USD per month
Dues are voted upon by the members at the spring meeting for each fiscal year, based on budget projections of business operations. This amount is shared by the member inns and paid monthly or yearly.
To become a Unique Inns member please check that you meet the membership criteria and then complete the membership application form below. There is no fee to apply.
Once your application has been received it will be reviewed by our Membership Committee to ensure you meet the requirements. You will then be responsible for providing accommodations for at least 1 to a maximum of 3 over-night site visits by current Unique Inns members.
It is highly recommended that you make a relationship with an existing member, ideally the closest one to your location, for their support of your application and coordination of your site visits.
