“We planned an extended family reunion at The Lodge. This is a gathering held at varying locations every three years and can include up to 70 people. This year 55 family members trustingly signed on for our plans in Sandpoint (trustingly since no one knew of Sandpoint, north Idaho, or The Lodge). To a person, the satisfaction of the location, experience, and logistics were unanimous: BEST EVER!! As one of the planners, I can say that the staff at the Lodge were very aware of and attentive to our plans and requirements. We arranged the lakeside meeting room for open-access refreshments during lake-side activities. 41 South, the restaurant next door, has fabulous food and also worked really well with our group for dinner and brunch.
Lake Pend Oreille is a spectacular, naturally beautiful location offering plenty of activities and/or simply gorgeous views. Schweitzer Mtn. nearby provided added wow-factor. The reunion will forever be a lovely, lasting memory and one we are proud to have planned at The Lodge.”
