Chicken Pacifica

From Turtleback Farm Inn in Orcas Island, Washington

A breeze to put together, and as flavorful cold as it is hot, this picnic-perfect chicken recipe from the Turtleback Farm Inn is sure to become a real favorite.


  • 1 packages chicken wing drummettes
  • 1/2 c brown sugar
  • 1 cube butter
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 3/4 c water
  • 1 tsp dry mustard


Mix all ingredients except chicken in a saucepan and heat until blended. Cool. Add chicken to cooled sauce. Marinate for 2 or more hours turning occasionally. Bake in sauce at 350' for one hour. Drain. Serve hot or cold! Serves 12 as an appetizer.
